When should I arrive for my appointment?

For your first appointment, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time in order to complete health and consent forms. For all future appointments, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your service.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled for no fee if done so more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the service amount with the customer’s credit card on file.

No Shows are subject to the full service price being automatically charged to the customer’s credit card on file.

How do I schedule an appointment at AOI?

Please call 570-674-5555 and one of professionals will assist you. Some services may be scheduled online by clicking the Book Now link above. 

What are AoI’s hours of operation?

Tuesday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm. Appointments outside of working hours are available upon request.

Do I need to put a deposit?

Certain services require a deposit. They include, but are not limited to: laser services, cosmetic tattooing and microblading, hair extensions, and wedding party services. This deposit is non refundable upon cancellation or no show. The balance for your procedure is expected at the time the service is completed.
